    He's done..

The commentators were doing their best to big up the EPL men tonight and he was no exception. Called him a beast or something at 1 point. Jesus..

He won’t get bit by a snake while riding a camel in the next couple of days.

So you can rule that out.

Really don't get why people are excited about the idea of letting him go, best defender at the club by a mile.

Both Jozo and Hendry didn't look entirely comfortable to me.

Played really well in the opening games, was always going to make way though which was *.

Wish they got to the final, both for him and also for a new winner to prevail.

I would definitely try and get him signed on a new deal, it’s big Jozo that is the bomb scare at times now.

That’s no way to address World Cup medalist, Dedryck Boyata. Musonda isn’t even at the club anymore :56:

He’s our most experienced and reliable defender at European level. Whether folk like it or not.

Whilst Ajer is still developing and with no alternatives in the squad as is, we need him back fit and ready.

Celtic are expected to re-open contract talks with Belgian defender Dedryck Boyata when the 27-year-old returns to the club from his World Cup campaign.

Boyata had held initial talks with the Parkhead side prior to his involvement with Belgium in Russia but his stock has risen after helping his country to win third place at the World Cup.

The Celtic defender played in the opening three group games for Belgium and will now be given a fortnight off as he gets some down time before returning to Lennoxtown.

Lazio and Fulham have been keeping tabs on Boyata’s displays and with just one year remaining on his current deal it could be that Celtic opt to cash in on the player if it appears that he is stalling on agreeing to a new contract with Brendan Rodgers’ side.

Speaking earlier in the campaign, Boyata told reporters from his homeland: "Right now, I am concentrating on the World Cup. I am not thinking about my future.

"I still have a year on my contract and we will see after the summer if I continue with Celtic again."

The player is set for fresh talks with Celtic after putting his immediate to future to one side over the last month in Russia.
