Leigh Griffiths is the better striker.

We need him fully firing too. They have different attributes, but just because he's been injured doesn't make him less of a player! People have short memories and zero patience sometimes.

Griff is in possession of the jersey just now, it's his to lose. By the same token, it's moussa's to earn back. Neither has done anything, yet, to merit a change in this situation.

Whilst I agree Griffiths is a cracking striker and the man in form at the moment, I don't think you can make that statement with any great confidence.

The two of them are excellent forwards who both bring completely different attributes to the team. The both of them score lots of goals and that's probably where the similarities end.

I wish we could make them work well together you'd think they'd be a perfect partnership.

Both are fantastic strikers, both great finishers. Think Moussa has more talent but Griff gives more effort. Really difficult to split them

Isnt it time Moussa pulled his finger out of his * and actually put in some good performances for Celtic now that hes injury free. Sick of hearing hes worth 20 or 30 million, lets see some performances that merit that price tag. He hasnt made it yet.

Hope to see him back to his best today, if he starts.

Would like to see them played as a pair in an old fashioned 2 up front system to see how they done , think they would complement each other, not sure when I'd try it right enough

In fairness he is literally only just back and a couple international breaks have broken up his time to make it seem longer.

He's a good bit behind everyone in match fitness so hopefully we see him returning to form soon.

Yeah thats fair but even when he's fit he at times looks lazy and compared to Leigh Griffiths.

Leigh Griffiths is a guy who is committed to Celtic, loves playing for Celtic and is a brilliant striker. Moussa will be gone as soon as a good offer comes in. I know who id rather see playing.

Both of them are just as committed to Celtic as the other. To suggest otherwise is daft and quite disrespectful as well. At no time has Dembele ever given us reason to believe otherwise despite the media rumours every 2 minutes when the transfer window is open.

They both played up front against Ross County last month. Played reasonably well that day but not sure it's a partnership I'd be rushing to repeat.

Moussa today for me with Griff coming on. Then Moussa against Bayern and keep Griff for Hibs at the weekend.

He's not given any reason to be dropped. Constantly improving and delivering. If we could combine the two into a partnership it would be ideal but can't see how to do that with Roberts and Sinclair on either side

I agree he’s the better player just now, which is exactly why I would rest him.

Need him for Hibs on Saturday. Bayern away is a less important game and Dembele isn’t exactly a poor option.
