What did he do? Run on and try to attack Mbappé because he couldn't take we were getting beat?

What's the deal with playing YNWA in it's entirety? Get that to * please, it always gets cut halfway through to let the crowd do the rest.

How f`ing loud was that last night during the champions league theme!
I was in lower main stand and my lugs were ringing. Was watching some of the PSG players looking around taking it in with big grins. Some spectacle just a pity they turned up in top form.

We seem to be singing it earlier as well, which means the whole stadium isn't even filled yet.

Think it's something to do with the * TV arseholes who put on as many add breaks before actual KO.

Used to be that they were live on TV for a good 5 minutes before KO so you got a perfect rendition of YNWA just before the players came out.

*, I was looking at the wrong video.

I've a couple opened up in my tabs and there's one of Desailly outside Ibrox and he looks as if he's talking in french and laughing at them. :giggle1:

    Here it is:

I'd genuinely love to know what he's saying.

I'm pretty sure he is singing the Merry Ploughboy in French there.

To be fair, when he says "pas le bon stade" (not the good stadium), he probably means "not the right stadium" (it depends where in France he's from). Still taking the * though..... :56:

Work hard to get in champions league, fans all buzzing for 3 big games at Celtic park. Then 1 idiot can take 1 off those games away from you if UEFA decide to hammer us. Hope not, but we can't be far away from getting part or full stadium closure?

I honestly doubt UEFA will do us because of the actions of one clown, especially when the entire support's behaviour was top notch last night.

Like I said to @Tim-Time 1888 last night, there is nothing Celtic could do to legislate for that happening last night - if anything, the stewards and police on duty (whilst having a very hard job to keep their eyes on 60,000 people) where the ones on security detail, not Celtic.

Unfortunately though it doesn't always come down to whether it could have been prevented or not. I see your point but if that was the rule then it could condone racist chanting, fans attacking players, missiles, flares and a lot of things that we don't really want in football. The club can try and prevent anything as much as they like but the fans always have the ability to go against that.

We've seen Lennon get attacked by the Hearts fan a few years back, Griffiths having a battery thrown at him, Dembele and Nakamura being subject to racism and/or racist chants by Rangers/Sevco fans. In all cases the clubs have the responsibility to eradicate and stamp out that sort of behaviour.

As a fan, you're a representative of the club, and the club should be punished for the actions of the fans imo. More for the fact that other fans are likely to learn from the punishments inflicted on the club and that is likely to eradicate the behaviour.
