I get that but I have a problem with teams just being bankrolled by one huge investor. If we got beat 0-5 by Bayern, Madrid, Juve etc It would hurt like * but at least they are teams whose economic standing matches their history and fanbase.. they are the richest clubs because they have been the best and most supported clubs for decades, from before football became all about money.
I * despise losing to the PSG, Man City, and Chelsea's of this world. No mark clubs who are now world beaters because some rich * took a fancy to the colour of their strip.

 

I've got no confidence in us playing at CP anymore. Picked up 4 of the last 21 points available at home in the champions league, far cry from previous years.

Not really much you can say is there? Hard to be critical but our ball retention (again) was absolutely dire. Too many players lack a cool head on the bigger European nights.
