BR: "Outstanding team performance. Creativity, pressing, and a real good structure to the team.

BR: "It's a great demonstration of the work the players have made over the course of last season."

BR: "To do that at this level of competition and to show that level of composure, I'm really proud of the team."

BR: "We have to complete the second leg and finish the job off. We want to go there and win the game."

BR on Bitton: "Outstanding in his game. Defending, taking the ball and the ability to find that midfield player."

BR on @Tom_Rogic: "He's fine and was full of smiles at the end. Great contribution when he was on."

BR on @StuArmstrong16: "Stuart, hopefully, will agree on a contract extension. Next 24/48 hours. He's a vital member of our squad."

In no way am I trying to undermine the great Martin O'Neill's achievements at Celtic, some of the greatest in my lifetime.

Obviously overall, O'Neill's achievements in Europe were greater (Uefa cup final!), but I'm speaking specifically stages of their careers - O'Neill's first season pumped out of Uefa cup qualifiers by Bordeaux, CL the next. Brendan already gained CL qualificiation in his first season, more than on course to succeed 2 years on the trot.

But, not even at his highlight, was the football played as beautifully as it has been under Brendan since his arrival.

Thank you...just...thank you. Never experienced a European night like that in my life.

It's difficult to compare them, but the improvement and levels of professionalism under BR makes me believe we can turn Celtic park into a European fortress again..

The football played under both was/is amazing but MON had Larsson, Lubo and Sutton etc so I'd say that debate could be a long one..:50:

MoN's fitba - power, grit, aggressive, tough

Brendan's fitba - elegant, direct, flowing, technical, class

    Griff is better than Larsson.

Scott Sinclair's left toe is better than lubo.

    End of!

right...i'm guessing you're basing the Griff on the stats which is fair enough but let's see if he keeps goal ratio up over the same period of time if he stays. I hope so....i * love him and would start him over Moussa easy the now! But putting aside goals you can't compare him to *......just the complete player!!

As for Sinky and Lubo....i'm lost for words!! (do ya mean better as in better nick, more attractive, it's done things to Helen??)
