How many more signings do we actually need?

As I've mentioned in other threads, Erik's poor form will speed up Rodgers plans to sign a CB IMO. Big risk if we go into the next qualifiers with Sviatchenko starting.

 

We need a CB.

I'd like a new No. 1 keeper, but that isnt gonna happen this window.

 

Caulker and then maybe it's whether you reckon someone in the squad can play right back better than Lustig. So ideally we'd replace our right back backup players. Fine tuning the defense and maybe working in a big loan signing. Reckon we'd not be far off if Roberts or Musonda was also maybe added. A wee silky pacey player, a goal scorer. Then it's whether you want someone who can hold the ball up when it's sent high. Bit of work to do, and maybe it's worth spending a few million on another striker, or loan one in. But it might also be that right back is a difficult position to improve with free transfers around £1.5million or cheaper. Maybe in a future window you wait and go 3-5million on a right back.

 

We need one more signing, a centre back. I would like another one being a winger (Roberts). If we can get those two then thats a perfect summer with no one leaving.

 

Me neither which is a huge risk if anything was to happen to Jozo.

 

Going by the numbers that the Huns have brought in, 18.

Realistically, I would like another striker (at a push), winger (Roberts, I haven't given up on you) and a centre back to partner Sumonovic.

I'd look to get rid of Ciftci and Bitton permanently and give Henderson a chance out on loan again (if at the end of the year, he isn't going to feature for us, get rid next summer).

Our deadwood is the smallest it has ever been imo.

 

Right 100% need a Left back, Centre Back, Right Winger and a Striker no doubts!

Left back and Striker would be primarily back up.

Right winger and Centre Back would need to be of calibre to go straight into the starting 11!!!

 

CB is needed.

LB is definitely needed as soon as Izzy goes.

Another RW is needed.

And another forward.

 

A centre back and a right winger are 2 I would suggest will come in if we have the carrot of champions league football. 2 big signings I would imagine to. After that just a left back to act as back up to Tierney, although someone who can cover both sides(like Jon Flanagan) would be ideal. No need for an extra striker. Sinclair can play there and we have young Atchison coming through as well. Cant see us getting any decent quality to be 3rd choice striker and sit on the bench most of the year.

 

Anyone think Daniel Church is ready to step up as cover for KT?

KT rarely misses a game and Church is apparently very highly rated.

Hayes and McG can and have played in the role as well.

 

Need a left back now but the problem is getting someone in who would be happy to play second fiddle to Tierney.

Centre half and right wing still the priorities.

A CB that can play LB or both and RW who can play as a false 9.

 

None now that's us papped out of Europe.

would like a cb but don't think it will happen unless we sell one, as we have Jozo,Boyata,Erik and Ajer already.Defo need a winger though

With Griffiths banned for the next leg we wont have a striker on the bench unless it a young one from the u20.

 

We need to sign some new Ultras. Otherwise we will never progress in Europe.
