He was a bomb scare like Erik for large spells. Couldn't even seem to do the simple stuff like passing

Was pish for most of the match but that rabona was worthy of keeping him on. Gamboa is our first choice right back just now for me. Fits the team and system much better.

One excellent performance does not a first choice full back make.

Lustig is one of the most important players in or squad.

One excellent performance? He's been improving every game he's been in the team from December and Lustig is going backwards. I still like Lustig and is a great player to have but at the moment Gamboa adds a lot more to the team. 2 class performances against St.Johnstone and Hearts.

Can't remember the last time Lustig played well over 90mins.

Gamboa was very unlucky to be dropped. I'd like to see him back in for the next few games to see if he can keep up his recent level of performance.

    * struggled big time today we don't really see him going by players to the by-line like be used to as he doesn't have the legs to get up and down the park. He is a steady player who Wii be good back up when we have a right back equivalent to Tierney on the left.

But he was playing as part of a back three? Or am I just an idiot?

Lustig is a bit one dimensional, but I think in physical games like today against St Johnstone he will probably get the nod over Gamboa.

Still I think Gamboa is developing into the better and obviously faster all round player. It is a nice headache to have as a manager.

Apart from being a very good player what I like about about Mikael Lustig is that he clearly loves playing for Celtic.

Calling Lustig one dimensional after today is senseless. Especially considering he wasn't in the first place. He's quite versatile.
