Full house has walked in pished. That's my que to turn the telly off and pretend I'm sleeping..

 

Back pain and the inability to get any sort of decent nights sleep that comes with it.

Cheers mate. I am in the very unenviable position that my back actually feels better when I'm on my feet.

Soon as I lie down that's when the problems start. Waking up 3/4/5 times a night in agony.

I have a physio appointment on the 5th December so hopefully get some answers then.

 

Yeah it's the worst kind of pain because either it's ok to lie down or it's ok to stand up but not both. Sounds really bad waking up in agony that much. It's a tricky pain to fix too, I hope the doctor manages to sort something out for you. You need your sleep back! You got the mrs to give you a massage yet with all the oils and stuff? Sometimes that can bring some relief. Hope it improves for you and you manage to get some sleep tonight. You don't want to miss the game tomorrow!

 

Being so hungover that I'd happily get in a candle lit bath full of petrol

 

Try some tigerbalm. A nice long bath can help too.

It's weird, I fancy having a drink but just the sight of the booze makes me feel like * I'm sure I'll be fine and boozing for the final tomorrow though

I wrote to discovery channel years ago saying I knew a place where 40 odd thousand Sasquatch congregate every couple of weeks in Glasgow and could I have a nifty contract to go film these *.
