How long on average? I used to have one every 15 minutes but I spend around 30 mins on each pint now.

First one 10 minutes and gradually slower after that.Still find i drink too fast and a pain when you're done your pint and everyone else ain't even halfway through theirs.

    Pal was slow last night..

Nothing worse than having to pull someone up to hit the bar as they sip the half of a pint. I'd be affronted if someone done that to me in a crowd of us. Would never happen but..

    Aye that's brutal.

About 10 minutes for me. Depends who i'm out with too, some people you know take ages so you slow down a bit.

Wish I could drink with ye *, might actually get steaming.

Always ends with me having to buy 2 pints and a double spirit at the last bell just to feel something :giggle1:

I've seen people get angry because a complete stranger has been nursing a pint for ages :56:

I'd say 10 mins tops. Cold guinness is much better in Scotland than in Switzerland to be honest.

I usually drink quick as well, as I generally drink to get *..

Half hour is probably too long in company on a night out. A quiet couple during the day is maybe different..

Sitting getting half steaming the night. Drink quick as * indoors..

I think it's because indoors has less distractions and novelty. I always drink quick as * at home.

    True..

Don't drink alone in the pub either so more likely slevering pish, whereas the missus doesn't entertain me as much when I'm pished indoors so it get's tanned quick time..

Probably about 15 minutes when in the Pub. 25/30 mins if I'm drinking cans at home.

15-20 mins is acceptable pub etiquette.

    Pre-game is another matter though.
