A lack of ability to pay the bills as they fall due. No line of credit. Losses each month. Something is in the offing

Sure this is the same story which was released a few years ago. Think Lenny and Alan Thompson were mentioned in it back then. Also believe it was down to individuals and not set up by the club.

Also when I see the words "Keith Jackson" and "investigate" my suspicion levels are "off the radar" to take part of one of Keith's famous lines.

You got a source or just stating what anyone with any sense knows to be likely true

ps Mini says they do have credit so .. :84:

The best one I spotted anyway -

"Signed because I am a zombie mutant with a two digit IQ.

    Billy McThickfudd, Glasgow, United Kingdom"

They might not notice mind :56:

That's the bottom line of it. And any self respecting journalist would make that point clear in his article. But no they use spin and shock to try and push an agenda.

Any player, actor, politician, normal joe, who has used a scheme to get out of paying tax should pay the price if they get caught. They take the risk and know they are doing that. So all on them.

That said, its * all to do with the club as you say. So no point that lot getting too chirpy.

This scheme was brought in by Labour and was perfectly legal at the time HMRC contested it and won the case.HMRC will now attempt to recover the funds from anyone involved in the scheme or the individual can arrange repayment themselves before they get a demand.
So basically nothing to see here
"Film tax credit schemes were introduced by the Labour government to encourage investment into the British film industry. However, they caused controversy as those that did invest would be able to benefit through taking tax relief"

My father used to read the tabloids and i'd lament him to no end about it. The agendas and sensationalism on offer are so blatant it's unbelievable. The Glasgow Herald does me just nicely, at least the journalism is somewhat more refined.

Love that they think this is club related still.

    * all to do with the club. As others have said. We paid them their wage and deducted the tax for it. What they done with their pay and where they invested it is up to them
