He was * * against Barca, he might come good but you can't pretend that was an acceptable display.

Not for me. Should have saved the free kick aye, but from my memory he had no chance with any of the other 6 goals. Haven't watched them again so might be misremembering them.

And he also made a couple of very good saves.

Some of the angles on the goals where basic school boy stuff that literally if he had actually spread himself out and made himself bigger he's stopping some of the goals.

I've previously stated the only goal I was allowing him to concede was Iniesta's thunderbolt volley, Barca or not he should have saved alot of the goals he conceded against them.

Curled up like a ball asif he was a little kiddie playing in the field with mates, not a Pro playing at a high level in the Champions league.

I think he's looked hopeless in all honesty..

Wouldn't be in my team. If Bailly is fit, I'd go with him..

    He is * dreadful ":56::56:"

    Rooney shouldn't have beat him

The one against them last week he was caught under the ball and to be fair made a decent enough save from fatboy

Barca made a few mistakes but against that calibre fair do's

But honestly his distribution, which is supposedly what he was brought in for is pish and he can't do anything that Gordon can't.

Wish we'd thrown the money at Michel Vorm before Lloris got injured tbh

He was making himself smaller when faced with shots, palming the ball out weakly into the middle of the box. Fundementally * things for a keeper to do.

De Vries has been * in all three games.
At fault for the Aberdeen goal.
At fault for the Ranger's goal.
At fault for quite a few of the Barcelona goals.
How many at faults do you want before we call it quits ?.
And looking like a bad signing by Brendan.
And bottom line is any Celtic goalie losing 7 goals in one game should get his P45 honestly. I can't remember any Celtic goalie ever losing seven goals before in one game.

The pattern is emerging and it dozen't look good for De Vries.
Gordon will be thinking that guy has bombed in the three games he has played, especially against Barcelona. He is meant to be a very experienced goalkeeper too, maybe experienced but devoid of talent what good is experience ?, and at 35 he may be all washed up, strange signing by Brendan, might even be a panic sub standard signing, and who knows Gamboa may be the same going by his showing against Barcelona too, though its still early days for Gamboa.

If Brendan persists with De Vries after that loss of seven goals, and what went before, then it is a very bad signal to Gordon, and would definitely make me have to seriously consider his judgement for the first time as Celtic manager.
It takes a big man to admit he got it wrong. Sunday will tell me how big a man Brendan is.

Seriously stop chatting so much rubbish De Vries is his guy and tbh half of the ones saying he's * now where the ones begging for Gordon to be dropped
Gordon hasn't got better in the 3 games he's been sat on the bench that's for sure

That's like saying because Johansen was Ronny's blue eyed boy he should be a pin on for every game, dozen't work that way, at least it shouldn't work that way in a fair and honest manager's mind. I was kinda hoping, still hoping that Brendan is different from Deila, and will play players on their merit and current form.
If I remember right Gordon saved a penalty in his last game for us, so there was improvement under way.

I am not going to be presumptuous by saying that I saw the way it was heading with Ronny, while 3/4 on here thought the sun shone out of Ronny's *, no I am not going to say that.

But one thing I will say is Brendan is at a critical stage in his Celtic career, whether he realises it or not, and what he does from now on will shape the future of his Celtic career. And that includes how he responds to the mistakes he made against Barcelona ( and he made many), and how he treats the players at his disposal.

So your now beginning your Brendan out crusade are you? I thought it was too good to be true
