I put this in the "next player from the academy" thread but since it looks like he might get some game time this season I think he deserves his own thread:

Would be nice to see another academy product step up :50:

Just judging from the article, but Ronny thinks he could provide cover for Izzy

Nevermind Tierney, who the * was that wee midget standing near the halfway line?

    Looked like a 5year old.

Having a back up for Izzy with the potential to replace him is no bad thing but it's kind of frustrating that Celtic (and Scotland) can't produce any decent centre halfs.

Thought Callum Waters was a good wee prospect for left back. Played well in some pre season friendlies. Had a look online for Tierney's position. Some say Midfield, some say defence. I haven't got a clue :smiley-laughing002:

"KT" started out as a left back, winger, never seen him play CH ....decent young player who can slot in anywhere , he's a versatile young player, though personally speaking I think Mcilduff is a better left back, and Miller a better winger, but the coaches see something in him...

Full back is the easiest position on the park. If he's a fit boy and has a brain he can be trained to play there.

Mentioned on another thread. Wasn't in the Development squad against Huns on Monday so hopefully means he's due game time tomorrow.

Looked nervous, which is completely understandable. Hope he gets more game time at the end of the season to get used to the pressure

I thought it was a strange decision to bring him on. 2-0 up the game is not finished.
