Van Dijk is likely Catholic, I don't know which parent he took after as both his ethnic backgrounds have significant Catholic and Protestant populations. It could be both his parents are Catholic. I doubt he's Protestant because the Protestantism that dominates his ethnic backgrounds are Calvinist in nature and they don't go about blessing themselves. Lutherans may bless themselves depending on wherr they lie on the high church/low church spectrum. Since Guidetti is a Swede it's a safe assumptiom that he's Lutheran - except that he has Italian and Portuguese-Brazillian ancestry. I think it's safe to say he's Catholic after coupling this with his blessing himself.

I don't know if Izaguirre is an Evangelical Protestant. He employs the "orans" posture in prayer which is extant from the early days of Christianity and is a liturgical position for priests celebrating Mase, it's also one of the 9 ways of prayer by Saint Dominic. It fell out of general use by the laity until the charismatic movement arose in the 60s-80s, which is very popular in Latin America. He's either a charismatic Catholic or a charismatic Protestant. We can't tell by his method or ethnicity.
