I really really like the look of Hendry. I honestly think in the next 4 years we'll see Tierney, Nesbitt, Miller, Hendry and Thomson will be regular first team players for us adding to that Henderson and it's looking good i think with this crop we'll bear the fruits of having them all at St Ninians.

 

Nesbitt was away with the first team for the Ajax game

Thomson has played in some first team pre season games


Miller has trained with the first team a few times


Hendry has played a few pre season games I think with the first team

 

Personally didnt think any of the Celtic players played that well tonite, far to many players being played out of position for my liking, Young Miller will never make a CF, the lad is an out and out winger and I feel sorry for him at times when he's played through the middle, you can see he's uneasy, and his work rate is no where near good enough to play CF/lone striker. Young Thomson is far more productive when he is allowed to run at the opositions defence rather than have him play with his back to them, this was apparent in the later stages of the second half. they without doubt missed Nesbitt's flare and young Tierney's runs down the left wing, are they injured ?..My young lad also pointed out a few Celtic lads sitting in the stand, one who play's CF, but is injured ??, anyways sounds like excuses. If Hamilton had taken their chances they could've been 2-0 up in the first half, for me the best player on the park was the wee number 10 for Hamilton, who incidentally was released by Celtic two seasons ago !...the coaching staff need to have a look at themselves imo
