They are expected to get a clatter was alluding to an earlier post which mention Brown tackling McGeady. The burning question here though is your use of the word sectarian. Where have you gotten the SECTARIAN tackle from????

Would you like me to bring up all my quotes from yesterday on this thread as proof?

The fact he has claimed throughout the thread that the boos will be sectarian entails that you were referring to sectarian tackles in reply to his comment on booing.

    2003 you mean?

I don't think McGeady has regretted his choice for a second despite some indifferent international performances.

International tournaments would be the pinnacle of most players careers imo.

Looking at the ranking between 03/04 - Scotland were roughly 50-60 whereas Ireland were roughly 12-14!! I remember that Ireland side being * hot....if the 2002 side had gone through against Spain in the penalty shootout they would have been up against South Korea in the quarter finals.....

Can you provide proof of this 'fact'?

We were a good side under both Smith and McLeish imo. Not flash, but very solid and good on the counter. Finished 3rd in a group with France and Italy, and would've finished higher if an Italian player hadn't dived in the final group game.

There is the post Jinky responded to his post and my post. Sectarianism is not mentioned in any. You have cooked this up in your own mind and thrown out accusations on here to imply that I am making Scott Brown out to be sectarian.

Much as you have lied earlier in the thread when you claimed that the only posters who were claiming the boos directed at McGeady and McCarthy were because they were Irish.

I'm sure English fans will be disgusted to see Matt Gilks in the Scotland squad and Malaysian people will surely be equally disgusted at the loss of Maloney!:50:

I don't think Ireland have ever scored a good goal in international football tbh bar a scissor kick from outside the box about 30 years ago

    He needed to breath :smiley-laughing002:

I got my dates mixed up as would have been at the game but ended up on a weeks holiday in salou. It was decided that we would get the train up to Paris for the game but the night before got really * and was suffering bad in the morning, so we decided to give it a miss. I will regret that hangover for as long as I live. :54: just thought lightening would not strike twice hafuckingha.

Which is obvious to at least 95% of us and not really worth 100s of posts, nor the topic being started in the 1st place.

Probably made up to help have a dig at Scottish Celtic fans. The first of which came after 5 or 6 pages if I recall.

"How can Scottish (so-called) Celtic fans support Scotland while standing beside 75% of Scotland fans which are all clearly sectarian as they shout sectarian abuse."

So you're not a true Celtic fan if you support Scotland over Ireland it seems.

    Bunch of * saddos.
