The tartan army to be fair to them, sung some anti-British songs when they played England at Wembley. 'You can stick your royal baby up you *' and 'i would rather have a panda than a prince' were personal favorites. Do 'Anti-British' songs bother you?

    They aren't different though.

Two Irishmen picked England over Ireland and the Irish fans booed them when Ireland and England met in a game.

Exact same on Friday if it happens.

Saying that Scotland is full of anti-Irishness and Ireland doesn't have any anti-Britishness :smiley-laughing002:.

Nope, just like anti-Scottish one or anti-Irish ones don't.

Then again, I don't go out my way to act offended on the Internet over everything.

You don't think when McGeady or McCarthy picked Ireland it was for sporting advances? Scotland were absolutely dreadful when they started playing for Ireland :smiley-laughing002:.

In the original post I said "Glasgow and the surrounding area".

Acting offended or twisting quotes - what do you enjoy the most?

    You just denied saying this.

Do you enjoy being proved wrong over and over again?

Part of the reason McGeady got so much stick was that Scotland were so bad at the time imo. It was the first really talented player we had come through the ranks in years and having him elect to play for Ireland was a kick in the teeth.
