    I don't really care, Griffiths is first choice and Cifti behind him. Stokes can also play there, no big deal.

    We all know that but we are left ridiculously short, going on 4 fronts with 2 striker's. He doesn't fancy Stokes, and certainly not as a lone striker. It just doesn't add up. We've * up here majorly tonight..

    Aye, really stupid to loan him out with no replacement ready to come in.

    As you say, we're in 4 competitions, with 2 strikers and Stokes who has been playing left side.

    Maybe we'll sign a free agent up or promote Donnelly(unless he's out on loan)

    I can't believe that a club as big as Celtic are going into a season where they are in four competitions, with three first team strikers and one of which hasn't had a look in in months and months. Absolutely embarrassing.

    How much did we spend in this window, 5-6 million max?

    When Ronny said at the start of summer that he wanted to trim the squad and just have quality, this isn't exactly what I thought he had in mind.

    It just goes to show what the management actually think of him, let him go and don't even replace him.
    They obviously see Stokes or one of the development players as a better shout of getting a game.

    Really disappointed that we didn't get another striker, went to bed last night thinking "now that Scep is gone at least we're guaranteed to bring in some kind of striker".
    Gutted when I woke up and checked.

    to be honest, if we are generally only playing 1 upfront, then do we need more than 3 strikers? 2 strikers left but we never had space for both, the fact ronny has decided to bring in cifti for 1.5 million which is not really the boards fault that he identified him as a striker for europe.

    He had a year to force his way in to a regular starting role and failed miserably.
    Don't expect him back although agree that we are seriously short of strikers.
