No one can be blamed for individual errors for the goals last night other than Boyata, Ambrose, Izaguirre and also Gordon.

Collectively as a team we arent defending well..

Brown (who I think is a great player) seems injured after a lot of matches this season already. Bitton & Stefan i dont think are hard enough to win tackles in midfield and onlhy shine when we are a goal up.
Which leaves the defense where we are terrible at defending any type of set-piece, un-organised , no leaders or structure when teams come at us.

Get Deila sacked just like we sacked Strachan after Artmedia Bratislava and just like we sacked Lennon after Braga, Vitesse, Udinese and Ross County!!!!! Oh wait a minute....

So basically, as a defense collectively we weren't good enough?

The thing that annoys me, see the 2nd goal. Why was Griffiths left out defending the ball into the box himself?

If he was given a chance I think he would have happily stayed. Don't blame him for wanting to leave when he is not wanted.

From what I've heard, 2nd hand information from someone who knows his Mrs, she was wanting away. They gave it a year for Kayal to win back his place and then she put the foot down.

Dont think we have had a towering strong centre half since Kelvin Wilson left. Thought he was coming on to be a really good player for us..
Boyata & Ambrose makes Dan Majstorovic a player. least he could head it!

No - we are shocking defensively on the whole, but time and time again it's individual players who are making HUGE mistakes - how many times has Boyata given THAT EXACT SAME pass to the opposition? Ambrose doesn't even need explaining - but that one against Fenerbache (header to Fernandao), Izaguirre and his woeful defensive positioning........it's just incredibly poor.

Izaguirre for that second goal, he should have been took out the back and knee capped for that :38:

I agree and I'm not trying to blame Deila for it. I just think these issues should be highlighted in training as similar faults have appeared in previous games.

He was a gamble and experiment and it has failed we should just cut our losses essentially he was the cheap option. I fear to think who we would go for don't think theres any chance of Rodgers more realistically it would be guys like Mcnamara and Hartley although I seen this on twitter this morning

"It's a tough job managing Celtic although all my family would love to see me there in the future. Martin O'Neill and Lenny would have walked to be in charge there and I'm no different.

You'd have to be mad or incredibly tinted by hatred to think these individual errors are not highlighted time and time again.

You can read it either way. We did not give him a place in the team and from this I would deduce we did not want him.

I personally didn't think Van Dijk was great.

Alright on the ball but when it came to thew crunch games he was found wondering. A journo typed up some stats the other week and didn't make good reading either.
He may do better down premiership at Southampton and improve but to me he couldn't header any cross balls into our box or command players around him.
Playing with Ambrose certainly didn':31:t help.!!

I don't feel hatred towards anyone, let alone Celtic players.

Well, the players are either not listening or there's a flaw in the way they're being coached to defend, even though the mistakes will be highlighted.
