    I have that funny feeling he's lost the dressing room, the players are not performing for him.I'm Still backing Ronny though, it's the board who should get the blame. This is what happens when you don't reinvest in a squad.

    Starting to lose a bit of faith in Ronny now. We looked great the second half of last season but we've totally regressed since then. He needs to alter his tactics or something because we're very predictable and short of ideas.

    His faith in guys like Rogic, Mulgrew, GMS and Johansen are going to cost him his job.

    He still has the biggest budget in Scotland by a country mile. For this reason u cannot blame the board when the team cannot beat Aberdeen

    It'll be a struggle to get this team to gel quick enough for the Europa League and the Europa League moving our games to Sundays giving Aberdeen the chance to open gaps up on Saturdays will mount extra pressue.

    Madness whats going on but cant really blame Ronny, today was always going to be a struggle due to the international break, losing Van Dijk and some new players just coming in.

    But he has to prove himself from now on and get the team sorted out quickly.

    Definitely not at the stage of turning against him and I hope that doesn't come but for the first time since he's been here I'm worried for him. His decision making at times is bewildering.

    It's not the reinvesting that's the problem, he's spent millions , it's not as if he's had nothing to spend. When you think about it, has Deila actually signed a player yet that's a great player? I don't think so.

    We are looking absolutely shocking at the moment, in every department.

    Even the most staunch of Deila men cannot argue with that. I've supported him all the way but we need better. MUCH better.

    We go forward far too slowly after winning the ball on the edge of the box we have to zip the ball quicker dont know why this hasnt been sorted

    I am one of the boards biggest critics on here.

    But c'mon to * some of his decisions are absolutely baffling.

    The guy refuses to change his system, meaning every team knows how to set up against us.He still has absolutely zero plan B. The team is regressing at an alarming rate. He chases Ciftci and the guy has showed absolute zilch so far.

    Where is this exciting football we are meant to play under him? It's absolutely dreadful. He asked us to judge him next year after Maribor last year and can anyone honestly say we are any better now? Against Maribor we were a centre forward away from making the group stages imo. This year we are a world away.

    Ronny has not lost the * dressing room...ffs.
    But he needs to rethink his system and be more open to make changed to the teams style.
    And before anyone says it this team playing * is not down to lack of money...poorer teams than us are beating us.

    Very difficult time right now for Deila. He's one or two results away from a lot of people turning on him imo.

    Massive European games coming up for him, and any more slip up's in the league and I reckon we'll see a lot of people starting to doubt whether or not he can cope.

    After they went to 10 men I expected us to kick on and really go for it.

    What happened instead was that Aberdeen immediately looked the better side. Their mentality is what won them that game added to the fact we were pish, of course.
