Great news. Commons new deal the icing on the cake of a good week for the club. This should lead to some pelters dished out to Keevins and co. on the Scoreboard or are they stubbornly sticking to their 'played his last game' story.

 

Great news regarding Commons, but with regards to Keevins and his ilk, you do realise that he makes such statements precisely because he knows it'll have * scrambling for the phone to gloat? That's his job.

Delighted he's here and this is sorted. He always wanted to stay the man is a credit to this football club as is his partner with the amount of charity work and things she does. A truly great guy and delighted we have him.

 

I couldn't be happier as I'm sure Kris is as well to finally get everything sorted.

Great few days for the club, really encouraging stuff, glad he has found a place in the new formation, just strange it took so long!
When he plays in it, we look a threat every time we go forward, and with contract settled I can only see him getting better again.

Sounds like he was told to work harder or there would be no need for him. Good to see that he took on the advice as he will always score goals in the SPL.

 

I think people like Commons in football are few and far between these days. He was desperate to stay here and he was delighted to sign on for another 2 years! He is attached to the club, more than any other he's played for. I think if he was here at 22 he would be playing a testimonial the now.
