Didn't want him at first but * * am I glad to say I was wrong. What a shift he puts in and scores goals for fun. His leap and hang time are sensational, reminds me of Les Ferdinand how he manages to stay in the air for so long.

Says a lot that I'm seeing the rumours of a Hooper Griffiths swap and I wouldn't take it!

Just back from Glasgow, what a header it was. Was sitting in that corner, felt like a eternity for the ball to go in after Thumb headed it.

    NORWICH EYE GRIFFITHS
Norwich are reportedly lining up a deal for Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths, according to the Daily Mirror.
The report suggests Norwich boss Alex Neil is willing to let striker Gary Hooper go back to the Scottish champions as part of the deal.

I'm delighted to be proved wrong by him. He's done absolutely everything right since Deila has come in on and off the park.

Hopefully he has the sense to look at how it turned out for Hooper and see the best option for him personally and professionally is to stay put.

    I trust he does.

That's if there's anything in it right enough.

Paper talk.. Doubt Norwich want Griffiths to be fair. Especially considering how signin Hooper turned out for them. Id have every confidence that Griffiths would stay here even if Norwich wanted him anyway.

The way he got it out of his feet so fast and slotted it home so casually for the first was a joy to watch. Showed just how far he has come on for me. One of his biggest problems in the past was his first touch letting him down imo.

What a performance man.. I hope he's proud as *.

Can't see leigh going back down south. Would he move all his family down there to be apart of a smaller club, win no trophies and be benched?

He's come a long way, but his first touch still needs to improve imo. His finishing is world-class but he still sometimes needs that extra touch before finishing.

Still room for improvement, but no doubt our best striker at the moment, but thats more because the other strikers we have are *

Linked with Norwich today I see. Doubt they'll offer it, but right now he's easily worth over £3-4 million.

Griffiths loves it here. He's not going anywhere unless we show him the door

Money talks, no matter who it is really. But I don't see Norwich offering him a massive amount more than us.

    I sense this is bullshit.

However if genuine, I would take the deal.

No way, I want to keep Griffiths and sign another striker but if we can't get another proven striker I would sign Hopper in a separate deal
