They are short term signings and ones he believes could add experience the side, he has little or no money to strengthen since he came in eitherdue to the clubs bad financial position. His remit is to steer the club away from relegation and start afresh next season when he can build and have a pre season with the team. Bolton were in an awful position when he took over

Poor form at the moment. But they won't get relegated.

Blackpool are doomed, Wigan are looking that way too. Millwall and Rotherham are * and seem to be battling to stay up

Next season will be the real acid test for him. When he took over, the aim was simply to keep them in the league, but not so long ago, there was talk of an outside chance of making the play-offs. That is well and truly gone now, and the honeymoon period is most certainly over. They need to stop the rot quickly, and sort of their defence, because they are conceding far too many at the moment.

They're definitely in a bit of a dog fight now but I can definitely see them staying up.

Any talk of 'free fall' is pure hyperbole.

He is experiencing the same thing a lot of Manager's do in that the initial surge you get when you join a Club dovetails eventually.

I have confidence in him to turn it around, put it this way they are in a far better state then before he joined.

I think you find out just how good a manager really is after the honeymoon period so to speak. The whole club gets a lift usually when a new manager takes over, but that has now settled down, and we will find out if Lennon is up to the task.

Hope they go down. Will teach future Celtic managers (and players) that the grass isn't greener.

Yes, because ex members of our coaching staff who were successful with us and led us to glory on many an occasion need to be "taught a lesson".

    Ya *.

Sure, you're right. I'm just surprised hom many here are begging for him to fail, such petty people. I never enjoyed Lennon's styel of football, and wasn't fussed that he went, but I don't get why anyone would wish him ill-will.

Aye, I don't get that either. I want him to do well down there to be honest, I've no reason to think otherwise. Don't get me wrong, if it didn't work out for him, I wouldn't be overly bothered, because he is managing a team that I have no feelings towards either way, but I hope he does do well.
