    Of course they'd like to win it, but it's obviously not going to matter as much to them as it would to other teams in the competition. Just pointing that out.

    What's laughable about that? They basically have guaranteed CL qualification now so that added incentive to win it is lost. Going out will not devastate them as much as Napoli or a team like that who are unlikely to qualify for the CL through their league. Of course every team wants to win a cup but it's obvious that the team who don't qualify for the CL through their league will be more determined to win it than those who do.

    Way to exaggerate. I simply said they won't be as motivated because the CL incentive isn't there, of course they still want to win it if they can, not that they'd "give up".

    any team going in with the chance to win a cup will be motivated to win.
