Played well yesterday other than the tackle to get booked.

You're right but thing that noticed was his lack of pace. Forget who it was - our left, 2nd half, around half way line - guy went past him as though he wasn't there. About 20 min later he was struggling with cramp, so maybe it was starting to kick in and he was hiding it well.

To be fair lack of pace isn't necessarily an issue given his position. He can be positionally questionable though at times which highlights this, case in point the booking he picked up in the 7th minute. Was an unsung hero for me yesterday though and was crucial in regaining control of the game around the 55th minute when things were getting very end to end and frantic.

On a side note don't know if it was just me that noticed it but the fans were getting a bit antsy around us when we started to slow the play down - was thinking we're 2-1 up why are we making this game so open when we can easily outpass them.

Was excellent yesterday but he * me off for the Hun goal. He just jogged next to their player, without attempting to put him under pressure. Think Bitton does have the tendency to let his concentration slip when he think's we're cruising. Outwoth that though, he played very well.

That was simply because Bitton was on a booking and didn't want to mistime a tackle incase he picked up a second yellow. Had he not been booked so early in the game I've no doubts he would have made the tackle.

They tried to play from the back yesterday so having a CDM who is able to spot the danger and intercept their passes is vital. Look at the second goal, he read the play brilliantly and then had the ability to play in a through ball which opened their defence up like a tin of beans.

Exactly this you could see him pull out thinking about a second yellow.

Played well, he sat in when we would attack and cover the midfield well, done a lot of running and considering he was away playing for Israel a few days ago he done brilliant.

He was okay on the ball but as we all know he can't defend.

Loses his man (albeit Messi) after 2 minutes. That just can't happen at this level.

We were one player short of having added some real quality at the transfer window. but failed to get in a CM Bitton nearly has a automatic start without even deserving it.

He was so bad the night it was shocking. no wonder we tried to get a center mid on the last day. between DDV Bitton & Tierney were very disappointing tonight.

Was awful, had a major say in their first 3 goals.

Out of everyone, he stood out as the player who was most invisible. Rarely heard his name mentioned in commentary.

A DM that has no instinct for defending. Never gonna end well in the games where it matters.
