the people I have seen with them usually just film YNWA and then put them away but surely your phone could easily do the job

Bit sad that this needed to be publicised.

 

IPads at games? Really? I'm terrivble for checking my phone for other scores during a game, but why on earth would anyone bring an IPad to a football match (I would assume anyone with an IPad had a mobile phone to check scores on).

 

It'll be good for getting results from other games, I can never get a good signal.

 

Anybody that takes their iPad to the fitbaw should be turned away at the gate.

 

Bet that the Wi-Fi will cost. Tight *!

 

Its being put in primarily for the Commonwealth games opening ceremony. To be fair a decent stadium should really have wi-fi anyway. Happy with it, as long as we continue to modernise in other areas too.

 

Will nothing change for the Commonwealth Games?

 

They will change the password before every game and have the programme sellers punting it outside before the match :bbpd:

Fantastic I can update my facebook,twitter, istagram and whatever the * the latest craze on these smart phones is every three seconds.

We don't care what the animals tweet.

Understandable for texts etc and checking scores for coupons at half time...but can tell folk will be absolutely glued to their phones for all the social media *.

 

Handy for journalists etc

Aye it will make some differance, I always want to check coupons at half time and your lucky to see the scores once every 3 games.

 

Strange the club don't put scores on the boards for the fans at half time.

 

Wi-Fi Schmi-Fi.

Buy a match program and the other SPL matches will be listed in the program with a letter beside each fixture. Then at HT a wee manny will climb up one of the floodlights and put the scores up on big wooden boards. Something like..............

A 1-0
B 1-2
C 0-0
D 1-1
E 2-0

If you don't have a program then you won't know which score is which but that's your fault for not buying a program. And if you want to know English scores n stuff then you're just a poser.

Bring back half time scoreboards when you had to buy a programme to find out which match was A, B or C etc :icon_mrgreen:

 

They tell you the spl scores at half time.
