Seen him for Austrialia this week, he came off the bench and set up a goal, looked dangerous every time he got the ball

Hes in a similar situation to Ki when he just arrived. Both moving from the other side of the world in the winter window, hopefully he's more settled and gets a chance this season, hes certainly talented

Sub to start with, no doubt about it, but come the end of the season he'll be in and around the first 11.

Lassad was on a free, Miku was a loan, and we paid a decent fee for Balde - so I don't really think that's true.

    What relevance does cost have?

He's replacing them in the sense they are 2 outgoing strikers and Balde has been drafted in as we needed another striker.

I think starter, he will need to wait to get into the team then he'll take the chance and thrive.

Dynamic midfielder that just needs the games.

"For me, the biggest superstar of them all is Tommy Rogic. I just feel, spending the last two weeks with him, he is amazing ... he could be something special." Tim Cahill saying that

I mean that I except Balde will play a bigger role than those two he named, hence his fee. I don't think that we would have paid near £2m for him if he wasn't going to play a big role

I think if and when Wanyama goes, he will be the next piece in the jigsaw.

Don't you think Miku was brought in to play a bigger role than he ultimately played, though?

He looked good when he got a run out. It was obvious he was still adapting. I think we will see a bit more of him next season. I would put him in the same category as tony watt. Not quite a first team starter but definitely one of the first off the bench. Good young prospect.

I think coming in and getting a start against Benfica in the CL right away suggests differently.

I seem to remember we had a few injuries or suspensions at the time?

Gary Hooper, Lassad and Tony Watt were all on the bench.

Hooper was unfit, Lassad was unfit, Watt was Watt...
