i had a thick beard fairly regularly back in 2011 and 2012 when i was a student in Manchester , before the beard thing really took off . I had it because it suited me and i looked better . All i got at the time from my so called friends was " have a shave ya tramp etc " . Same * have now got full on hipster beards , and none of them suit it . *.

I hadn't shaved mine for about 3 months and I knew I was 3/4 weeks away from it being a beast. Looked in the mirror the other night though and I looked shabby as *, wasn't that patchy just didn't look nice anymore.

My advice is trim it down a little, but don't go full naked :50:

Haven't been clean shaven in a good few years. Beard is probably he longest it has been and use a beard oil to tame it.

I'm back in the mix :56: haven't shaved for a few weeks and it looks like some hair is growing in bits that I was struggling to grow any before, pretty much my right cheek so it looks a tad neck beardish at that side.

anyway going to let it grow till I go my holiday (5/6 weeks) then I'll make my mind up.

Could probably grow a full one in 3 week's no danger..

Don't like them though. Don't like clean shaven either. Just a wee bit of stubble, which I get after a day of shaving anyway........ If I'm going out I just shave usually 2 day's before it..
