As good a first 45 as I've seen from a Celtic player in a long time. He was outstanding.

Brendan mentioned that he had only planned to give Rogic 55-60 minutes because of his international exertions and had told Armstrong to be ready yesterday

We played some excellent stuff when him and Forrest were on the park and unlucky not to score a few. To be fair the huns put a lot into the first half and were throwing themselves in front of everything like their life depended on it.

the turn he does when an opponent tries closing him down is supreme, first pick every time.

I think we had 92% possession for a spell near the end of the first half, we we ripping them apart and waltzing through their midfield. Only those last ditch tackles where saving them.

He was a little off in the first 10min but quickly made up for that. He was also a little off in his last International. I think it takes him a bit of time on the ball to get his confidence up and in the zone - prob needs to work on his pre-game prep/warm-up.

I was very impressed with his pressing and physical presence, it has brought another dimension to his game.

Rogic and the rest of the midfield for that matter were class today. Tremendous ability on the ball and so good in tight areas. Shown the Govan Mouthpiece how it was done.

In fairness, the whole midfield were slightly off the pace early on.

Really loved the way he handled the physical stuff being dished out to him (how was Kranjcar not off first half?). It's an aspect of his game I did not expect to see.

I said all along this guy was a class player. Said the same about Bitton, and expect to be proved right there too. However i did say i hoped i never saw James Forest in a Celtic shirt again, so im not always right, although to be fair, who knew that wee * would start playing again haha
