Didn't know he was playing for Australia this week, especially with early kick off on Saturday. Travelling must be deadly for him.

As Rogic is usually poor after international duty, would be tempted play Roberts as the CAM..

    Forrest Roberts Sinclair
    Griffiths

    Would tear them apart!

As tempting as that is, haven't really seen enough of Roberts taking the ball under pressure with his back to goal to know he can play that role in what'll be a very intense atmosphere. I'd have faith in Rogic or go 4-4-2 and save Roberts as a sub around 60 mins to tear them another new one.

If that's the case then just tell him 'you're getting 60mims here, go out & rip them apart, show them how good you are' then bring Paddy on when they're out on their feet. He's our most creative player, a massive goal threat & on his day is immense. Would want to see him start 100%.

Rogic deserves to start, been so influential in the last few games. He will rip Barton and their defence to shreds. Roberts is too lightweight to play in the middle, he'll just get kicked off the pitch. Rogic will feed Sinclair Griffiths Roberts/Forrest all game with balls through their defence.

So so keen to see him against Rangers tomorrow. but with CL around the corner wont be gutted if he sits. (I REALLY WILL BE)

just been looking and I make it a 13 hr direct flight back from the middle east to Glasgow. U.A.E is only GMT +4 and Perth is +8 i think.

Really hope some sport science boffins are in his ear looking after a sleep schedule.

Reminds me so much of Zidane.

Beautiful football player, and proving me so wrong.

Brilliant display. Skilful as always but becoming more commanding, physical and involved.

Hope kranjcar out for second half. A sending off waiting to happen. Has kicked Rogic anytime he is near him

Rogic and Kranjcar are quite similar and that's exactly why Rodgers hooked him when Haliday came on.

Fantastic first half, but he needed taken off when he did.

I think his international exertions were a factor in him coming off. I love him.

Absolutely amazing today. Gave us the hour we were looking for after his international commitments.

He had * 4 huns around him at some points and he still came away with the ball or a free kick. :smiley-laughing002:
