Utter * crap John Hartson. :38:

A few people get * and get in a scrap and suddenly everyone crawls out with their tuppence worth.

Never seen such an over-reaction to a minor scuffle in all my life.

    Why?

I, like many fans, am growing very tired of ex-players jumping on tabloid media bandwagons, which is exactly what he has done.

In a section of the ground housing 3000 fans, 4 * Celtic fans were arrested .... 4! Yet words like 'riot' were used in the daily record. One * off Dundee steward goes to the media, the record get their story and everybody, including the club, bites on it.

I've seen bigger riots at the bus stop.

I will be doing a piece this week explaining my comments on the Dundee away match..I admit some of my comments were very strong but

    John Hartson ‏@JohnHartson10
Also some of the celtics fans behaviour was not acceptable as Celtic fans are always impeccably behaved and that was the point of my column.

He'll do some insincere gushing piece about how great we are, but the damage has been done.

How does he know what the behaviour was - was he there? If not, has he seen evidence that noone else has? No, he wasn't, and hasn't.

He's said his piece, he's been made to look a hypocrite considering his own misdemeanour's and is now seeing how much he's * people off.

If he'd taken the time to think about what he was putting his name to he wouldn't be in this mess.

I hated the huns as much as anyone, but one thing I always admired about them is that they didn't have a queue of 'legends' waiting patiently to stick the boot in at any opportunity like we do.

Hartson is not in a queue of legends sticking the boot in, Jesus * Christ :87:

You really do have to despair sometimes. I wasn't in Dundee but I have plenty of folk on Facebook and Twitter that were. There are videos, there are pictures and there were * acting like huns in the stands and in the streets.

However we are Celtic supporters, the greatest on earth, so let's brush it all under the carpet. A display of irresponsibility and immaturity - admit some Celtic fans were drunken arseholes and deserve to be punished and move on.

Very true, and sad to say some celtic fans jump on the bandwagon too.

    i would'nt say any opportunity & i know it's slightly off spec
but their legends couldn't tell the truth even when
everybody knew their clubs * was hanging out &
the internet was full of GOOD people telling them
    their club was *.
The threats to them if they had dared not tow
the party line would have been horrendous.

whereas at least our guys can slate our club/supporters
& just get some internet stick.

    i prefer our way:50:

I agree that their guys in the media were too blinkered, but ours are the exact opposite. People like Burley, Hartson, Nicholas and Walker should be on our side, if something needs said then by all means say it but they should have the clubs best at heart. What we see is any opportunity to twist the knife in in order to look good to their hun loving employers.

To be honest what he is said is right in my opinion, we have a fantastic support and unfortunately we had a few idiots in the crowd at Dens Park who had too much to drink.

The game should never have gone ahead at that time of night on a holiday anyway.

Apart from the sensationalised "Name them, shame them, sack them" line I don't see how anyone can argue with what he said.
