    I know that nothing that I will say on here will make you feel better, but just know that you are not the only one feeling unhappy/depressed (especially around this time of year). TBH, I am going to a rough patch myself as well.

    1. Changing my gym and diet from constantly trying to lose weight and being up and down all the time to accepting my weight (15st and 6ft so not too bad :) and bulking up more.

    2. Finally becoming * fluent in Swedish.

    3. Star traveling again

    4. Get over my needle phobia and hit the dentist

    You probably need to find something that really interests you & get you hooked from the off.

    Most books are very slow at the start, give them a bit of time.

    I love a good book, although I don't read enough of them. But as trackebhoy says just find something that interests you. I'm currently reading Arnold Schwarzenegger new autobiography a can't put it down * loving it:icon_mrgreen:
