    A signed up with Paddy Power the other day and they gave me £20 free bets. But there 4 £5 bets not one big £20.

    Plus a can't put any of them on an accumulator, it seems they can only be placed on a single bet which is really poor.

    Paddy Power don't even have a chat option to contact them you have to phone whats that about!

    Guy gets £20 worth free bets and he's moaning:smiley-laughing002: But honestly why can't a put it on an accumulator:31:

    I don't think that's right mate. If you go to the PaddyPower home page and click on 'Help Centre' you will see an option in the top right corner of the screen to speak to a live operative.

    Nope mate nothing at all. Have you spoke to them before on the chat? Nothing there when I go to the home page, and when I open the wee tab at the side and scroll down it says contact us. Email or phone is the only option.

    Maybe there a chat option on the full website on the laptop but am on the iPad. And there no option to switch it over to the desktop version. I'll just phone them:50:

    How long does it take for a promo free bet to go into your account on Betfair? I had a single bet on England to win against Uruguay and i got it back as a free bet if England lost, which they did.

    Said it takes up to 3 hours, its been 2. I can see myself messaging them tomorrow when i get up.
