It's maybe worded wrong but I actually agree with him in a way.

Folk were saying the league was going to be pish, crowds will be down come christmas because the league will be wrapped up and everybody will be bored...

Then we actually have a bit of competition and people still aren't happy? :smiley-laughing002:

yet again no creativity , i wonder where lennon expects us to get goals from .
keeping the ball and playing safe is all well and good if we are a couple of goals up but when we need a goal we have nobody in the team who can get their head up and pick out the defence splitting pass the fowards aint getting the service and if hooper aint getting good balls delivered into the box he may as well not be on the field .

every other spl club must have already figured out our game plan (if we actually have one) stop the supply to hooper get tight to commons and our goal threat is reduced to hoping we get something of corners or a mulgrew free kick . lenny can talk all he wants about how bad that performance was today but who is he gonna drop to prove his point too many players too comfortable
we could have been doing with a player like tade in our team today for when we are reduced to long balls
i just hope we dont wait till we are 15 pts behind in the title race again before we realize there is something not right

 

If there is title race come may then lennon and co would be doing something very wrong, at the minute were suffering from complacency and after todays showing im sure lennon would have rattled a few cages after the game.

 

Wouldn't be so upset about this if they actually had tried today. They looked like they didn't even care to do what they are payed to do out there

Doubt still that there will be a title race come April or May, we'll still win the league by 20 or 30 points imo

 

I'm not on about the 04 team I'm on about right now if lomas McCall or Craig brown had our players they would be unbeaten. Infact Derek Adams would have a field day with our squad. In quality we are streets ahead but desire game plan A & B high tempo etc we are behind.. other spl managers would cream havin 1 or 2 of our players let alone the whole squad..

If they are as good as you say they are then why aren't they managing at a higher level?

All my facts are correct. We are rubblish with imcompetent players who dont give a *, most of you fools on here are too thick to see it behind your tinted green glasses.

I've watched celtic and scotland play over the last few weeks and its been torcher.There's such a lethargy about our play and scotlands it makes it difficult to watch.Both teams set into a patern of play after 10-15mins you wonder where a goal or even a chance is going to come from,its certainly not entertainment.

 

a bad day at the office and a bad result but we started poorly last year and we were fine!

The focus has been on the CL and not the SPL....a good performance on Wednesday and we will start playing well again...just like last years Europa League performances spurred us on domestically!! Why all the panic??

We will not win every game this year, we will lose a few especially away from home but the other teams will all beat each other and once we hit our groove, we will be fine!!

Shows how much we missed Sammy as well today!!

Not too disheartened, we will win the SPL!!

Remember football is still 11 v 11 and anything can happen on a given day...

Been avoiding this since the game. Just wanted to make some points.

We got beat. Ok some people need to settle down a wee bit. It happens. Lennon will make sure the players dont give such little effort again. Im quite sure of that.

Rangers are DEAD. We will win the league. We just need to get that wee bit of consistency that im sure will come. Remember last season? The big long run. It will come this season just give it time. If we win our game in hand were just 1 point of motherwell who we play in 2 weeks. Thats a big game Just like last season when we beat them 2-1.

Lennon has guided us to the champions league group stages. Calling for him to go and bring in Craig Brown isint much of a way of paying him back.
