Sorry just thought I'd add that I know several people who have purchased their tickets via ticketmaster.es and I think it'll be a good option for those of you that were gonna wait to buy the tickets out here or who haven't bought them already.

To collect the tickets you can go into any Servi Caixa bank in the city and print the tickets from the ATM machine. Means avoiding having to show ID all you need is the card that you bought the tickets with and they will be printed from the machine there and then.

Good news on the passport thing. How much are they charging this time? I paid Euro90 last time for a decent seat in the Home end.

I paid 65 quid x2 for seats in block 244 which is directly behind goal north on the second tier.

I'm in the Goal South end near the corner but was hoping on shimmying my way towards the celtic end once I get in. My seats were €69 each, the top tier are €59 that's the cheapest.

I'm bringing my hoops shirt in my bag (convenience of being a girl) and putting it on inside, don't think the Barca fans will mind either way but it's more in case the stewards have a problem with it. I've a Celtic/Barca scarf already too in any case :celt_2:

I think the estimate of how many fans will be coming is anything between 7K and 10K. Have also heard people saying the meeting point is Placa Catalunya but not sure if that's definite. I reckon most fans will hit either the Michael Collins or George Payne bars so I'll be in there up until an hour or so before the game :60:

im in goal south top tier , 418 beside the celtic fans aswell , hopin to shimmey my way into them for sure lol you reckon i should bring a jacket to cover my hoops ? heard theres a steward protest or somethin might make it a bit easier to get in the hoops section . and also heard before that stewards just cattled most hoops together . you reckon well create as good an atmosphere as we usually do way up there in the clouds lol? :celt_2:

I'd wear your jacket till you get past the turnstiles just. Once your seated you should be ok, hopefully they will just turf us in with our support though! There's a public services strike on Tuesday aye, not sure how much it'll effect anything they're usually quite good at making up for them cause they happen so * often!lol.

The atmosphere is always what you make it. Clouds or not it'll be bouncing :icon_mrgreen:

EDIT: just seen your second post. They won't mind you bringing the flag. I had one during the Catalan independence day in September and they were all asking me for it, should be sweet.

By being stubborn your mate will get a far worse exchange rate than by taking English notes. Most Spanish currency exchange places and banks will take Scottish notes but some won't. As I say those that do will give a worse exchange rate = less beer money. His call !
