    Like I said in the Group B thread, Germany will play much better now their in the knock-out phase.

    Germany usually play at their worst in the Group Stages. I don't see Greece having a chance.

    I hope Germany win anyway :icon_mrgreen:

    germany is good team but there is any team in the world can score 4-5 etc goals in greece.....i hope we will have a 50-50 referee and not something like the poland/russia game....i have hopes for this match if we play like against russia....

    Greece won't be able to handle Germany going forward. The two teams are so far apart in terms of ability. I'm hoping for a massive upset though of course.

    In the poll Ive gone for Germany to score 3 or more cause I can see them scoering an absolute glut of goals with the caveat that they wont win the game outright cause Greece will score 1 more than them.:50:

    You can never make accurate predictions in matches like this one.. Upsets happen, as seen in euro 2004.. Still people tend to rush to conclusions.. Not saying at all there is a chance of history repeating itself in such a miraculous way, but football is football..
    To me, it's mostly about the psychology and passion of the 2 teams going into this game, rather than the ability of their units.. Even that way, germany is of course the favourite.. I personally would love to have a huge upset cause i wouldnt like spain or germany to win the trophy, but that's just my opinion.

    Here's hoping for the best, and i m perfectly sure you re not gonna see any kind of pumping in this game at all..1-0 or 2-0 at most to germany, otherwise i can see an ET or penalties, where the outcome will be hard to determine.

    Oh and how i 'd love germans to be defeated in penalties... :56:
