Trying to figure out how we get tickets for this, I can't see anything on either website. Will United sell an allocation themselves or will it all be through Celtic?

Normally they both sell away end tickets.

Dundee Utd always sell away end tickets against Celtic. Will probably go on sale soon.

Cup games are often differently allocated - as we seen with Hibs earlier on this season.

Dundee United will be selling some tickets themselves, e-mailed last night and got the following reply this morning:

    "Morning Liam

We will be selling tickets to Celtic supporters but they are not on sale yet as we need to wait for confirmation of date and time.

As usual I will need names and addresses of all people requiring a ticket.

    Regards

    Fran Ritchie
    Ticket Office Manager"

According to the Ticket Office's Twitter account, we're balloting tickets for this one. Same as the last league game up there.

    Celtic are indeed balloting tickets:
    "AnthonyMunro Anthony Munro
@CelticFCTickets hi,the earlier game in the league at Tannadice was a ballot. You reckon cup game will be the same??"

    "CelticFCTickets Celtic FC Tickets
@AnthonyMunro Yes, we will be balloting the tickets among sbh for this match (amf)"

For those unsuccessful just remind you of the information I posted earlier, you can get tickets direct from Dundee United when they go on sale.

they should change this bit on there website then
Tickets for matches against Kilmarnock, Motherwell, Dundee United and St. Johnstone are all expected to go on sale to season ticket holders on a first-come first-served basis.

Date and kick off time still to be confirmed so it won't be until then.

    Just keep checking.

    Dundee United site:
"It has been confirmed that our William Hill Scottish Cup Quarter Final tie at home to Celtic will be played on Sunday 11 March with a 1.15pm kick-off.

The match will be broadcast live on Sky TV.

Ticket details to be announced shortly."

Just edited their bit to read the ticket details, they go on sale from Dundee United on Monday 20 February, nothing on Celtic site yet.

What happened last time against Dun Utd was a ballot so season ticket holders could get tickets in the shed end, alot of fans want in that stand because its the best atmosphere and its only fair that its balloted out to regulars. dun utd will sell tickets mostly for the other stand which isn't as good

If you're early enough you'll get tickets for the Shed End from Dundee United, I did last time and will be looking at doing the same this time.
