Said it all last season and the start of this season that rasmussen could have been our answer to the goalscoring problems we have been going on about for long enough. Why we persist with samaras is beyond me when we have this guy. Goals win games and this guy can score!!

as a piece of useless information!
His first match.. ended up with Big Ras playing goalie, due to a red card and no subs left as the story goes... they lost 4-0 (down 3-0 when Ras became the goalie, the 4th goal was on a penalty, from which Ras recived a yellow card).

Still can't believe you made no use of him at all...
Dumb as a doornail... lazy as few... poacher like no other in the squad!

It's got to be an attitude problem or maybe he doesn't train well or something.

I agree with whoever it was that said that he looked like he had lost weight. He looks in much better condition now than he ever did when he was playing up here.

Sort of player who would have scored a lot in team more based on wing play, crosses, set pieces etc like Strachans side. Probably not suited to our threading the ball through an eye of a needle style of attacking though (which I think will be a disaster as the pitches cut up).

If you ask someone who's not a fan of him, you would get a "No way in *!" he's utter useless for anything except putting the ball into the back of the net!.. and saying stupid things to the press..

    others might think diff.

There's more to playing football than scoring goals. I just can't believe that some of the same people that slated Kris Boyd for years would want this guy playing for Celtic.

He looks to have got himself in good shape.

Good luck to him, I hope he comes back and scores tons for Celtic. Just can't see it.

Was thinking that myself. Looks to have lost a bit of weight which was always going to hold him back at Celtic

I think that Rasmussen is misjudged by the staff. In my opinion, he has the level to play in a team like Celtic :86:
