Poll...Rangers doing well in Europe?

Do you want Rangers to do well in Europe for the sake of Scottish football.

Personally it's a YES from me (so long as Celtic are in Europe too though - nothing worse than your rival still being in European competition and us not!!)

So I want to see Rangers go through against Hapoel...

Why would you want to see Rangers making money. We only need one CL spot if we are going to be finishing top, which we will!

And trust me...the vast majority of their fans
won't or dont want us progressing in Europe either, for whatever reasons..

no...we are not connected to the hip with the Huns and lets remain that way. Like I said earlier look at PSV. Ajax and Feyenood are their only threats and now a days they are just uefa cup material like the rangers and hearts(last year).

That's wrong. A lot of my pals are Rangers supporters, and they want Celtic to win against Milan.

But I don't really care. I like watching them lose, but I wouldn't be too upset if they beat Tel-Aviv.

I dont want to see rangers winning any match and even though its better for scottish football if they win in europe i still want them to get pumped in every game.

 

I have been brought up with my 2 younger brothers supporting Rangers (Thanks to my mental Mother who thought that a diversity of support would stop any arguing). It has often driven me and my dad to accidently fall upon one of them (ish). Even with this though i would like to see Rangers get to the final of the Uefa Cup, Not so sure about them winning it though. When Celtic were in the Uefa final in 2003, My dad, my brothers and i were all in our local pub Cheering on the Bhoys. My brothers were wearing their Rangers tops and my dad and i were in the hoops. Confused the * out of everyone.

For the sake of Scottish Football and to Shut up the english nationalistic gits that i work with, i want Rangers to do well.

yes for the simple reason it would shut a few english up about the standard of the spl..

id like 2 see them reach maybe quarter finals/semi's at a push BUT DEFO NOT WIN IT

also..a bit like england in the world cup..as much as we all hate em its less interesting when they are knocked out!!

You can't really say they are wrong - i mean the Spl is awful and i mean awful.The premiership is light years ahead of us

 

top 4-5 yes after that its very overrated imo..

i mean wigan/watford fans for example honestly believe they would beat us easily

i have 2 admit i waz sneekily up for the huns v.man utd a couple of years back maybe cause in dublin there are soo many jump on the bandwagon manc and liverpool supporters here including a lot of me mates

every time a european celtic game is broadcast on irish tv over here...particulary RTE they always underate celtic and predict us getting walloped

the year we got 2 seville...EVERY SINGLE GAME on the way 2 the final we were meant 2 get pumped according 2 giles/brady/and dunphy..

at the time they even had the cheek 2 say larsson waz average at best and would struggle in the premiership
and hartson waz the best pub player in the world

suppose its a different view in scotland bud

 

Doesn't really bother me, they are in the UEFA Cup, We are in the CL. We will make much more money and much more co-efficient points (I would believe) by progressing than they will. And even if they do get past this round (which aint a definite, since the mighty Hapoel Tel Aviv are leading!!) I wouldn't fancy them in the later stages against the likes of Sevilla and the English teams.
