1-0 defeat at New Year, Nigel Spackman scored...can't remember the year. I missed the goal cos I was dying with a hangover and was throwing up round the back of the stand

    Celtic 1 Huns 2

    League Cup Final

Was within yards of the huns, bearing in mind it was all standing in those days, it was an eye-opener having them so close to me, really quite frightening when your a wee boy.

Then Celtic scored!! * bedlam, an indescribable joy that you can't explain (Paul Elliot header). Then the despair of a huns equaliser, such a * goal as well, always remember thinking that.

Then we lost in extra time and it * of rain, Celtic end was uncovered in those days. Cried all the way home. :54:

Thankfully, I have many much better old firm memories since then. :50:

Well, if it's the first one I actually watched, understood and cared about. 97, Stubbs equallised late as *, after we were pumping them for ages. Brattback missed a good 3 sitteres. (I know, But I was a late bloomer (12). I had seen, heard, etc, just wisnae interested.). First one I went to was the 5-1 game. And what a game to break your OF virginty. CAN I GET AN AMEN????

Lets All Laugh at Rangers Ha Ha Ha
Absolutely mate, stupid though it sounds now, but they were great days. The Jungle was packed solid, Celtic End you couldna move. Great days.

Remember when I was about 14 or 15 and at one of the 25,000 huns games, I'm stood in the jungle and Celtic score so obvious chaos. Well about 10 mins after that, I catches a glimpse of a guy being wheeled out on a stretcher in front of the jungle - the norm of the day to be honest - with his mate by his side. Scarf tied around his waist as a belt, * as you like, all hair and teeth, they head off to the first aid post. They were always called Shug in them days and I can see drunk guy giving it "you aw right Shug" as they walked.

Now the first aid post was to the left of the main stand next to the Rangers End, so the St Johns guys have wheeled the stretcher down the trackside next to the jungle and then behind the goal. About half way down and in between the goal and 25,000 huns, drunk guy stops, lets the stretcher guys walk on for a few yards. In front of 25,000 huns, stands and arms open wide gives if "come on then ya oranage *" or sommit like that, "gerrit up ye ya orange *" sort of thing.

Brilliant - what a moment to have in anybody's life
