only half time but that would have knocked the stuffing truly out of hearts imo...and were outclassed for the 90 minutes ..8shots on goals to aeks 30 attempts.....

i honestly think hearts are out now.....
so now we the famous glasgow celtic are the only ones probably from scotland gonna be flying the flag in the league of champions elite this season by the looks of it .... lets get anothewr couple of players and put on a show for all ... coz the hunz etc will be sitting in all thier envy .... u can bet on that.

I just hope AEK give them a tanking over in Greece and finish the job. The jam tarts deserve it after bragging about beating an underperforming celtic team on sunday. Same when they said their players are better than ours after beating us at the end of last season when the league was already won. Well get it round ye's Vladamir and co. Your uppence has come. More cash for the Hoops.

 

I dont like that Hearts lost. Do we really just want one Scottish team in CL? So that maybe just the SPL champions get into CL with one UEFA Cup spot for second. Is it just for money that you want them to lose? Scottish football is getting a worse reputation with just getting one team in CL in the past 2 years each time. I think it would be great if Hearts do well in CL with Celtic doing better though so Scottish football gets a boost, maybe getting better European seedings.

 

Agree with you. I was wanting Hearts to win, and who knows... they might still pull it off, however unlikely it may seem. I'll cheer for any Scottish team in Europe (except Rangers, of course)

 

Hopefully they clinch the win. And i would want Rangers to do well, but thats if they're the only Scottish team in Europe, and there is a limit of how far they can get before they can lose and thats not far.

Hahahaha, but we're just looking at the big picture instead of a couple million pounds.

 

I'm not happy about this result simply because when scottish sides fail to make the grade, we all suffer, we'll go back to qualifying for the CL instead of being in there automatically because of underachievements like this.

I agree with you...I'm happy about their lost but the consequences can bite us...

 

yup i wanted them to go thru (no chance now) cos it helps us, we need coefficients so that we get automatic entry when we win the league every year!, but seriously regular performers in europe are the only way the leagues gna bring more money in, sponsorship etc.

most ppl cant see this, and have that immature "* them" attitude, not thinking it directly affects us and reputation of our league
