    Researchers at the Cancer Council Victoria in Melbourne, Australia have discovered that cracking one off the wrist regularly may reduce your risk of developing prostate cancer.

    They found that cancer-causing chemicals could build up in the prostate gland if men do not bash the bishop regularly. But a good, hard * may not have the same protective effect because your partner may not be as squeaky clean as she makes out. The researchers questioned over 1,000 men who had developed prostate cancer and 1,250 who had not about their sexual habits.

    This is a fact I've known since the age of around 13 and have since been ensuring I keep my health in good order with a good old flick of the wrist every now and then..
