    Surely someone at the club can come to their senses and realise that there are likely to be more fans at Hampden next week than at Celtic Park.

    Just heard on tonights news that due to the cancellation of the AZ match that Rangers called Celtic to play at Murray Park today. A host of 1st team players were playing on both teams with Rassmussen scoring the only goal of the game.

    You've really got to question the sanity of the Celtic hierarchy. A board full of seemingly successful businessmen chose to organise a meaningless friendly against a team that with all due respect doesn't excite in the slightest. If they want compensate me for the absence of a free match then just give me a tenner off my season book for 2010-11. Not just that but they choose to play the match on the same night as the U19's are playing in the cup final at Hampden!!! Are they for real???? Unbelievable.

    I'm not going. I hate missing games at Celtic Park - this would be the first in about three or four years - but it's just not something I'm going to do. When's the Motherwell game?

    I reallly wish that someone could have seen sense and simply cancelled this meaningless kick about. Hampden is where we should be and the management should be as well.
    Predict a crowd smaller than Hampden crowd on the night.

    i'll have this on (on mute) along with the Barca-Inter's commentary in the background. If its a bore and i don't get to see any of our more interesting players who don't get a regular game (crosas, ki, paddy, maybe even a real fringe-er like zheng or koki) I'll switch over to the u19s or watch the CL game full on.

    Not going!! Inter v Barca seems just a tad more inviting to me. If i was going to Glasgow to watch a game tonight i would be going to Hampden to watch the u19's.

    All the part time fans like me will be watching the Barca v inter game :icon_mrgreen:

    No brainer guys, that game should be 3rd in the list!

    The only way Id be at the Alkmaar game is:

    I lived in Parkhead
    My TV was F@cked
    And I didnt have transport to get to Hampden

    Even at that, Id probs give it a miss. Most pointless game in years, and the management should be at hampden....
