The forum is good, the rules are *, and the staff are just average Joe's with a bit of virtual power.... and it shows.

Saying that though there are some decent people on here.

I enjoy visiting TC forum. It's relaxing. And it helps broading my vocabulary with Scottish dialect. :icon_mrgreen:

Have had some differences of opinion with people on site, (plenty of times i have been wrong i am sure) hate it when people are disrespectfull to posts, even when they are silly posts, it induces a type of road rage, anyway, in general the site is excellant, with some great contributors and genuine fans and punters, and some hard working individuals who have set it up and keep it running, and i have to say, the mods this last six months have been the best i have experienced, fairer and more diplomatic, so thats it, a great site!:50:

Too many big weans, if I'm being perfectly honest. Any Celtic-related topic will inevitably result in a horde of ANGRY PEOPLE WITH BROKEN A CAPS LOCK and anything resembling an intelligent discussion goes down the tubes.

Check out the place tonight if you don't beleive me.

what rules are *? could you be a more specific? also what kind of staff guys do you expect? paid staff guys?

virtual power in what aspect? any examples? try to be more specific..

critiscism is very important if it's constructive, but sorry to say your critiscism won't help us at all to improve. it's vague and random. what you said basically applies to every message board or job, it's sounds like real life to be honest with laws and rules, police guys etc.

one critisism I have though is that when it gets busy you cannot come on here due to lag/database errors which I don't get on any other forum, there are tonnes of GM's yet when it gets busy the server just goes..

apart from that ,like i said a great forum

I don't like it when I see a thread that I am intrested in posting in, only for it to be locked as one of the mods don't share the same interests :38:.
Tonight someone created a thread on who we think should be brought in as the next Celtic manager, only for it to be closed because Mogga is still the manager. :43: (nothing against the mod) but the forum is about opinions, if people want to express their opinion on who they want in, why stop them?

TBF the mods usually just close topics because there is usually a thread similar to it or a "official TC" thread , in your case the moderator in question probably closed it because the post match thread was open and thats where they usually point you towards

that's enough usually's for one post

    usually

If you disagree with the majority you have twats calling you 'a hun *'

Seriously * is that about, if you criticise the team you get flak and personal insults, yet tonight everyone is at it. I understood the forum etiquette to be 'attack the post not the poster'

And the wannabe IRA brigade drags the site down aswell.. the site is called TalkCeltic

Glad you enjoy mate, at the time of your post it was when the site was experiencing errors and a busy time with a flood of new threads many duplicating previous.. The linkk I posted would have been difficult to locate at that time

Keep enjoying what TalkCeltic has to offer :50:
