not seen pompey in a while but i remember him as a bit of a nutter who gets caught out of position a lot. he likes to get foraward a helluva lot though and iirc can take a FK


edit: why would barcsa go for him?? or spurs

barca already have abidal and maxwell while spurs have bale and assou ekkoto ( or whatever his name is)

Is he a left back? I always thought he was more of an attacking leftsided midfielder.

 

yep would be fine but if all those are chasing him then we have no chance of getting him .. Hate the way the hacks turned the story into a Scott McDonald Moanfest !!

 

cant see Barca or Spurs being in for him, they 2 teams have at least 2 left backs who are far superior to Belhadj

 

havent seen enough of him tbh ! not too sure ?

 

Its quite promising that we seem to be lookin at more n more players of this kinda stature as apposed to the Willo Flood's n stuff we were signing before

 

He's very good attacking but a bit reckless defensively He'll get a red card in an old firm absolutly no doubt!!!

 

good attacking and dfending dirty bastert anaw always like him though would be a good signing

 

Aye he's a screwball, sent off quite alot and nearly ended a guys career if the ACON

 

Should be LW if he ever came, but who would make way for him ? I think he is more of an attacker- and this can be utilised from LB, but in Scotland i think you need a solid LB before one bombing on forward, both sides to their game would be a compliment but i firmly think he is an attacking player.

 

I love belhadj, though he can get caught out is that not a risk all attacking fullbacks face?

I watched him play against Milan and stand out

 

I am pretty sure we were linked with him before he went to Portsmouth

 

I think Belhadj is a very exciting player and I'd be pleased if we signed him. If we did sign him I'd hope he would play left midfield and not left back though. He's not great defensively and I've well and truly had my fill of Celtic buying full-backs who are */poor/average defensively.

Fox wasn't great defensively and Braafheid is kak defensively.......come on Tony give us a full-back who can actually defend please!!

 

Id take him if Braafheid doesnt get signed permanently.

 

Not a very good defender, though he was a LM anyway? Whenever ive seen him hes always fouls and cant play LB

 

would be a great signing but could we afford him.
