I posted my workout plan at the minute on the previous page. For Back i have Lateral pull-down and assisted pull-ups, anyone reckon one in particular would be better than the other?

If you want to build a good back mate. You should be working on big compound moves, such as bent over rows and deadlifts.

Can you do them as successfully using a Smith Machine? As opposed to a free-bar?

Having this week off as I'm home for the week. Think I must have an injury in my left bicep as I can't lift much with it and gets fatigued very quickly. Hopefully this week off will mend it.

My Biceps have terrible endurance. I know they're only a relatively small Muscle group. But after say, 3 sets of Preacher Curls using the Bench, they're dead.

I dropped a Weight on my finger today inbetween sets. I dropped the Weight and my finger got crushed inbetween the one I was hodling and another on the floor. Ow!!

Question: Whats better, Triceps Extensions, Kick-backs or Skull-Crushers?

I ask because it seems to me that you should probably only do one of these free weights exercises as they are pretty similar. Just different positions. Maybe none of them are better than the others, maybe just vary it and mix em up once a while?

Personal preference I would have thought. I think the triceps a difficult muscle to isolate so I guess whatever you feel is best for you

Yeah mate I try to include some Dips in anyways but aye a find those exercises a bit similar. A mean what energy a use on them could probably be more useful in Dips or pushdowns or close-grip or whatever. I think it may be best to do one of them per-session and switch every now and then. I always go light on them anyway to be honest. Or use them as my warm-up to get them going.
