All the members gone??

Don't know about you but over the last few weeks for some reason the number of active registered members have been on a downward spiral, anyone else noticed this and have any solutions as to why?

 

Cause the mods and admin want to try out there new toy . :icon_mrgreen: AKA- the sin bin .

i can only talk for masel,i'v no been a member that long,but i tend to stay away for a few days after a game,the negativity on here really gets on ma *,i'm of an age when i went through the BAD times so i tend to take a bad result or performance a bit more philosophically than some on here.

 

Im off an age aswell mate but we would rather have you online posting with your knowledge of the game and with your knowledge of the past its good to see different points.

i missed the bad times but to avoid the negative i usual come on but just go to the other sections instead celtic chat

 

people are just getting banned all over the place now .since i joined we have lost a lot of good posters through the rules (witch under no circumstances can be broken) being broken . one or two power hungary members of staff IMO.

hoops_daft, dont try to give an expert opinion about things you know absolutely * all about.

The addition of the sin bin isnt for moderators to ban people, people were getting banned at a rate because they couldn't/wouldnt follow simple things like not to get abusive with people when they disagree with you or not to use TC as a free advertising tool for their own ends. All these things were going on before whilst you oblivious to it but now we decided to make the process more transparent & fairer for the user, which it has been.

Users that have been warn/infracted are back on quicker because they accepted that their behaviour was out of line. People that have convinced themselves otherwise will serve the full punishment and no doubt it will take a while for them to realise that they will not get away with childish and/or immature behaviour on TC.

TBH, the rules are very simple and with common sense used, people wouldnt break them but there are keyboard warriors out there that get their kicks by winding up people and we have a strict stance towards it because we feel that everyone's opinion should be respected at all times and not just when it suits.

Now if you read the rules, you'd know that trolling staff isnt tolerated at all and I suggest you read them and obey them at all times because we arent here to babysit anyone.
