    pre-emptive attack tbh, if it's good enough for Blair and Bush it's good enough for Gerrard. As long as you believe you are going to be attacking you can do whatever you like, whether the basis of that belief is someone standing up, or someone just annoying your father. Either way I hope someone out there believes Gerrard is going to attack them and so punches him in the face repeatedly, only in self-defence of course:31:

    he was so blatant in what he did he even had to dragged off the guy now is that the actions of somone who is acting in self defence :87:

    this shows the british legal system is a shambles if somone can be allowed to get away with sumthing like that just because they are famous .

    i said he would "walk" in the other thread


    6 friends pled guilty obviously to cover his *...lawyers just want a guilty verdict from someone they got 6 out of 7 the prosecutor will be happy with that because they will be seen to be doing there job even though Gerrard walks

    its a result all parties will be happy with ,,Gerrard and lawyer because he walks

    prosecutor because they got 6 out of 7 and not seen as wasting time

    the public because tax payers money would be seen as not totally wasted

    all he needed was 3 liverpool fans to say NOT GUILTY and that was that folks. :bbpd:

    He is obviously guilty as sin, but thats the madnes of the jury system.

    You can sit on a jury and ignore all the evidence and when you vote you do not have to give any reason whatsoever for your verdict.:rolleyes:

    the trial should have been heard outside Liverpool IMO
