    Just thought I'd congradulate Strachan and the board on trying to strengthen the team this January.

    I know the signings and potential signings aren't world class material, but at least they have recognised that we need fresh faces and seem to be doing there all to get players in.

    Too many times in the past Celtic have been guilty of not being as active during the transfer windows and it has cost us.

    All the best to these guys coming in and I hope they do well for the club.

    I can see what your sayin mate celtic have usually been quite in the january transfer market but this season they are approaching players and attempting to sign players even if they arent they best

    how do you define world class these days.
    underated players aren't scared to have a go anymore you can build a perfectly good team these days with a few million if not thousands these days all i takes is 11 commited players who think they can get a result

    Good point. But you know what I mean, world class as in proven international with CL experience etc... Keane for example.

    i know but look at artmeidia they all went for it every player and they had no experience just a hunger to prove themselves

    To win the spl every year, win cups and do well in Europe every year I think you need a bit of quality in your team.

    Just having young hard working commited players isnt enough for me. Saying that I'd rather we had these type of players than players who just turn up and pick up a big wage

    The Hungarian winger Helmosi has arrived at CP for a week long trial, as for Wayne Bridge, could happen, I can see Mourinho letting him go to Celtic rather than another EPL team.
    Perhaps a 50/50 deal for his wages, we have got rid of Sutton's wage, so who knows???
