    I've never experienced it much but everytime i drink lately i get it during the night. I woke up last night with the worst pain i have ever experienced, i thought my leg was coming off lol:31:

    Anyone get the same?

    I get cramp in my feet and legs.I also get jawlock sometimes when I yawn.
    That's weird.

    Lol worst thing ever was I remember taking cramp after a semi final with the school team, and was slumped in a chair and tried to get up and couldnt stand it was so sore, and it actually went into the other leg aswell, was the worst pain ever, had to get my mates to stand me up lol, showed how unfit i was lol

    That used to happen to me when i was still growing, one night it happened i jumped out of bed with the cramp and pulled my hamstring.

    Worse place I'v had cramp is in the cinema , people were looking at me like what the * is that guy doing. Embarrassment and pain at the same time is not nice at all.

    jawlock is worse than cramp id say, its murder,

    not had bad cramp is a while tbh. get it in my feet more than my legs.
