    Says here he is looking to move to another club and it doesnt seem as if he wants to go to the elite as he says he just wants to play football. Do you think we could snap him up ? :50: think this could be potentially big for revenue as he seems to be quite popular in Portugal

    aye i was thinking that as i dunno what hes on the now. Id say we could at least offer him around what Gravenson was on about 40k and even a goals bonus type thing. After all Balde, Donati and a few others will likely be off the wage bill :50:

    Naw mate doubt it because he'd be a few mill to buy anyway for starters im sure Inter payed something like 12 or 16 million euros for him so they will be wanting a few mill back at least :38: aww well we shall stick with our Willo Floods for the mean time :56:

    I think thats how we could maybe * him, because realistically no massive club is going to come in for him, so its up to your Champions league lower teams such as ourselves,Benfica and the likes to try and get him. :50: Still think if he was going for 5 mill or under, or even if we could get him on loan we should do it

    Overrated :56: aye miybe so for the massive teams but your trying to say hes no better than 90 percent of what we have in midfield or attack ?

    Yep, ofc I do, but he did nothing for Inter, and Chelsea. Where was he at Euro 08?
    This says to me that he can't adjust to living outside of Portugal - how do you think he's going to cope in Scotland, even in the fantastically unrealistic situation that
    a) We can afford his transfer/wages
    b) He actually would come to Celtic over at least 30 other clubs that would be in for him.

    All style and no substance. He'd score a couple of good goals and get people on the edge of their seats, but he isnt going to influence the team that much. I wouldnt take him as a Nakamura replacement but I'd swap him for McGeady in a heartbeat.
